A quote which describes me is this one by Dorothea Lange – “The camera is an instrument that teaches people how to see without a camera.”

My first love is Macro Photography. The details that can be so easily missed with the naked eye can be found with this form of photography. To hear such comments as “who knew that this insect was so hairy” or “this picture makes me smile” is what I like to bring out or make the viewer feel with my photography.

With my new lens 70-200mm f/2.8L IS USM lens, I am wishing to capture ‘moments’ that will last a life time.

In addition to my work here on RedBubble, I take photos for the “Village News – New Farm Fortitude Valley” as well as of products, staff members and buildings for various clients websites.

I have also had the privilege of having one of my photos as a feature on the RedBubble home page – It’s Just The Tip of the…Cactus…

In May and October 2009 I will be having an Exhibition at the Art Factory Gallery at Southbank. More details to follow closer to the exhibition date.
