I know Michelle – believe me I’ve tried, and I tried for hours over the week-end – they just wouldn’t cooperate. I did manage to capture one I haven’t seen around before…..kind of dark but the body was highlighted with reddish stripes….....I’ll upload it eventually….....aren’t they just amazing!

Wow Michelle, this is a totally cool macro. What I like about it aside from the amazing colors and sharp focusing, is that you`ve kept the background simple. I don`t mind that he`s not hanging onto some swamp leaf or reed—you`ve got him standing out so all that gorgeous detail just leaps out at you. Nice work!
