This 9” x 12” portrait of a Bullmastiff dog waiting patiently for his master to return was created in artist colour pencils and took over 55 hours to complete.

This piece was awarded First Prize in the Painting & Drawings: Animals class at an Art Show that I entered.

    Michelle it is funny how we twig on who painted what because I have always been able to for the most part know your work. I guess the internet plays a big roll in that when following artists work and learn so much about their styles. I don’t blame you not wanting to part with this drawing; you have captured that special look that I do see in my husbands working dogs when he leaves them home. Nice to see they cheer up when they see me though…chuckle!

    I wanted to let you know I recieved the print yesterday and it is down right fantastic. I really love the picture. My boyfriend’s birthday is this comming Monday and I know he will really like it. I have no doubt he will put it in his office.
