I liked the composition in this shot with the railway tracks prominent, despite the fact that the old timber sleepers have been replaced with concrete.
Strangely enough, I noticed this morning that one of Sydney’s busy lines still has wooden sleepers.
This is the locomotive that runs on sundays between Thirlmere & Buxton in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales, Australia.
