Photographed with a Canon 400D at the Redbubble Rumble on Cockatoo Island on a sunny Easter Saturday, 2012.

This giant structure looked rather alien to me.

Cockatoo Island is in Sydney Harbour in Sydney, Australia.
It was a former convict prison and shipyard now accessed by ferries from Circular Quay & Parramatta & used for entertainment & overnight camping.

Country born & bred but now located in Sydney, Australia.

I’m fascinated by the beauty of nature & in particular Australian native flowers & landscapes. I also love colour & anything unusual.
The Blue Mountains are my favourite spot at the moment.

Great shot Michael. It would scare the hell out of you if you saw it at night camping at the place.

  • Thank you. It’s close to the camping spots. Maybe they climb up at night.
