Colourful Sculpture by the Sea by

Photographed with a Canon 400D.

The 2011 Sculpture By The Sea exhibition kicked off on thursday & runs till Sunday the 20th.

With almost 200 sculptures lining the coastal walk between Bondi Beach & Tamarama Beach in Sydney, this is a popular attraction & if the sculptures are disappointing, there is always the beautiful coastline with it’s rugged rocks & crashing waves to entertain the senses.

This colourful sculpture was on Tamarama Beach.
I know there is a lot of rock & space with this photo but I liked the colours of the rocks & the blurriness of the beachgoers behind.

This is Tamarama in Sydney, Australia.

Gems, Nov 2011.
Islands, Islands, Islands, Nov 2011.
Superbly Visual, Dec 2011.

200 views as of Jan 31, 2012.

I’m fascinated by the beauty of nature & in particular Australian native flowers & landscapes. I also love colour & anything unusual.
The Blue Mountains are my favourite spot at the moment.

Nothing wrong with that background, MM. I love the composition. Great capture!! Would be a sight worth seeing, I reckon.

PS. You’re NOT allowed to get me in the background of any of your shots tomorrow! :D xx

  • Thanks a lot sunshine. The sunnies were essential today.
Stop worrying. I’m usually waiting for people to get out of the way before I click.
