On the Wentworth Pass track starting at the Valley of the Waters, heading past the world famous Sylvia Falls is this beautiful sight. It needed a tight angle because of the small trees obstructing the view. Recent rain made this waterfall more photogenic & the track muddy & slippery.
This track leads to Vera Falls & then on to Wentworth Falls but it started to rain making it slippery & dangerous down there.
The track is advertised as being for the more experienced hiker.
I love the way the new growth on the ferns brings a spray of autumnal colours to the scene (in spring) .. bottom right.
This is near the town of Wentworth Falls in the Blue Mountains National Park in Australia.
