The Three Sisters ... with leaves by

This is the view of the Three Sisters at Katoomba if you climb down the Furber stairs or take the Scenic Railway or Skyway down into the Jamison Valley.

I haven’t seen this view before & thought the overhanging leaves gave the view a nice touch.

At this spot 2.8 kms of boardwalk give you easy access to a fascinating rainforest area with mining relics.

This is the Blue Mountains National Park in Australia.

Mountains Across The Globe, April 2011.

It is a great view of this icon. I have tried to get a shot from Leura – a reverse angle – but the light has to be just right and it has to be very clear.

  • Thanks Andrew. I remember getting shots of the Sisters from Sublime Point but they didn’t make the grade for Redbubble.
