A photo taken a few years ago & rediscovered in my archives.

I liked the way the tree branch framed this shot.
This photo was taken on the walk down to the bottom of the falls.
Dangar Falls is near Dorrigo in the north coast area of New South Wales, Australia.

Michael is Dorrigo southern NSW ? ,just trying to work out how far the drive would be from Ballarat ….

  • This is in the north Trudi. It is a shortish drive west of Coffs Harbour on the Waterfall Way.

l really would love spend a few weeks up in NS with the camera, maybe oneday and with a good map lol

  • When you do Trudi, Dorrigo is a must see. It is a real gem of a place. Always green & interesting. The Waterfall Way has a couple of small waterfalls right next to the road which was a huge buzz when I first saw it … watch the road!

Nice shot of these beautiful falls … You must have hiked down below and across for this shot Michael. It was pouring rain when we were there so walking any. Distance was out … I must go back!

  • Thanks Bev. I meant to add that in the commentary. It obviously rains a fair bit there judging by the greenery. I got stuck in a pea soup fog cloud on my last approach to Dorrigo from the west … quite an adventure driving in that!
