At the end of a track that features some great wildflowers in spring is this great sight.
After a bit of rain, there were some wide & deep puddles on the dirt track leading to the Rock. I was reasonably confident that the sand & rocks under the puddles meant we wouldn’t get bogged.
I saw a few cars parked on the edge of the puddle zone on the way back that indicated that others weren’t quite as confident as me.
This one gives a good view of the cliff-face that leads to the rock.
This is Hanging Rock in the Blue Mountains National Park in Australia.
