I’m fascinated by the beauty of nature & in particular Australian native flowers & landscapes. I also love colour & anything unusual. The Blue Mountains are my favourite spot at the moment.
Lol…very clever work Michael. Great capture of this fellow!
Thanks Sharon. They have to be one of the most entertaining birds.

Super piece of work here Michael. As a matter of interest a boat cruise operator in Albany, down in our state’s south west, has trained a couple of pelicans to dance! You’re out in the harbour and spot a couple of pelicans flying overhead. the skipper gives a whistle and they come down and settle in the water about 20 metres from the boat. The skipper says “OK Percie, dance right” and Percie promptly goes round and round to the right. The skipper then says, “Now the other way Percie, dance left” and darned if this bird doesn’t do a reverse turn and proceed to go round and round in the opposite direction. Naturally she gets rewarded by a couple of tasty fish! Amazing stuff and he even whistles up a couple of sea eagles to come and circle the boat and accept a fish! What a character! All the best old buddy and have a great Christmas. Peter
Thanks Peter. Maybe they should have their own circus. I got some other interesting shots that day but the quality isn’t good enough for Redbubble. You have a great christmas too Pete.
hahahahaha !! cute Michael ,love it ……………
I love this one Michael … well done! I’m not sure he’d share anything with you though let alone see it to the frying pan … I’ve watched these fellows and they gulp the fish whole … I love the humour …LOL!♥
An amusing and clever image Michael :)
Thanks for the compliment Trish.
hahaha!! Great! Now that song’s gonna be stuck in my head all night! ;D
Thanks again for discovering one of my best & least appreciated Donna. They were putting on a great show that day. They sure are the entertainers of the bird world.
