A Closer Look

A Closer Look

This is a ‘still life’/’self-portrait’ idea I spontaneously had one day. The magnifying glass was a gift for my 50th Birthday. The photo being magnified is of me (during a modeling period of my life) taken around 1989. I wanted to depict a dreamlike quality of how time passes and the experiences one has along the way.

A Closer Look belongs to the following groups:

All Around the Styles, EF Welcome Center, Friends of RedBubble, Gay Men, Men Appreciation, PostCard Style (Describe your image please) Limit 2 per day), Self Portrait, Still Life Photography and TPW (3 PER DAY ONLY) Available for sale as

Greeting Cards, Matted Prints, Laminated Prints, Mounted Prints, Canvas Prints, Framed Prints and Posters

Like it dude. So what happened to the modeling career?

  • Michael J Armijo replied

Haha Chet…there was too much uncertainty in the modeling world, so I moved on and chose the corporate world instead. LOL…but I never lost my ‘camera world’ adventures (though they are usually behind the lens now). ;)
