This highrise apartment block was my home in Hong Kong for two years.
Pentax P30N SLR camera.
Ilford FP4 film.
I always wanted to be an architect, but instead did several art degrees, taught in schools and universities around the world and retired a few years ago from the University of Melbourne where I was Head of Photography. My photographs are of things that interest me. My real love was medium format, black and white photography, but I have come to love my digital camera and the power of colour.

I lived in Hong Kong for 7yrs…brings back wonderful memories, and fantastic shot!
Thank you Paul for the lovely comment. I’m flying up there next week for a holiday and can’t wait to see old friends and all my favourite haunts. We left in 1997 just after the handover so there will be some surprises.
