Awesome camouflage, amazingly well shot with great lighting. Why God chose to give giraffes such an unusual pattern we will likely never know, but I love the way you got the blend so good in your picture. Nicely cropped too. Brilliant!

Thank you all so much, this image has really resonated with many of you and that makes me very glad I posted it. The benefit to their patterns and colorations is that in the African plains they actually blend in quite well when laying down or sitting an when they are eating them resemble the trees with filtered dappled light falling through the branches.
