Unfortunately you will not find these falls on any map.
After an early morning shooting a rock shelf at the base of South Maroubra Cliffs Donnnny and I clambered back up to the top of the cliffs and headed for home when we noticed cascading water down to a shelf below. As it was right on low tide the moss covered rocks below were exposed. Not wanting to miss this opportunity we decided to try our luck to get to the bottom, which we obviously managed to achieve. Albeit it’s not for the faint hearted, even with low tide we had to time our movement around the headland to ensure we were not swept away by the incoming swells.
