Iceland, the land of ice and fire… and trolls, elves, dragons, Gandalf etc.
Iceland was not our first choice for this years summer vacation. We wanted to go to East Asia and eventually to visit my family in the Philippines. But we need to change our travel plans as I have been considering a longer stay in my home country next year. So then me and my friend decided to just visit a neighboring country in Europe.
It took us almost half a year prior to plan for this travel. One major consideration is of course the length of stay and budget. The next thing to do is doing a research and drawing up the itinerary aided by our most reliable source of information, the Lonely Planet. By doing so, you’ll be able to maximize your time. We booked our flight six months in advance.
I cannot believe that it’s almost over. Our time in Lísek was filled up with so many different things. At first I was hesitant to come to this TC but decided to go anyway, after filling up some forms and writing some essays about my desire to attend this course.

Well, it’s about time to update this little journal. These past couple of months had been crazy for me. I was in Prague and then attended a training/seminar in Lísek, a little village which is about 40 km away from Prague. Do read my write up about the activities we did there (in the writing secvtion of this bubble).
Then came back to Berlin for a day then off to the Lofoten islands in Norway. We’ve been travelling around the islands, did a lot of hiking and of course photographing for me. I was already tempted to get online but really decided against it when I had the chance. So, blog entries will be coming in installment in the next few days.
I hope you had all a great time being creative here on RB and on your real lives…
I’ve been looking around for a tutorial about rollover pictures done in Flash for a while now and finally I’ve found one. I just got excited, but since I cannot post the result of my efforts here on the bubble, here comes the link on my DA gallery so you’ll see what i’m talking about.
