A Wedding Moment - A Plane a Car and a Rainbow
This photograph was shot yesterday.
Moments like these for me are rare – an old Tiger Moth plane and an old Buick car, combined with perfect, warm sunset lighting just after the rain that produced an amazing rainbow that eclipsed the whole airfield.
I couldn’t ask for more, and was so excited to be able to shoot this.
Location: Point Cook RAAF airbase.
Camera Equipment: Nikon D3 + 14-24mm

You’ve caught it all here. The rainbow and grass for color. The wings of the plane and the hood ornament very nicely complement each other. You lead the eye to the bride and groom with the diagonal lines of the ornament. You’ve even got the rule of thirds working here. Wow! Great shot!
