In 2005, I created a business I called “SUNNY DAYS ORIGINALS”, which features my original designs using fresh & dried flowers, & other natural materials (rocks, fruit, driftwood, etc.).

My joy is working with the natural materials & using the lines & colours of nature to make unique artwork that is also pleasing to the eye. My hope is that my art will bring pleasure to anyone who sees it.

I enjoy all aspects of creating the designs & bringing new ideas to this art form. I have been experimenting with “digitally-enhancing” some of my original designs, with some very exciting results.

In 2006, I helped co-found our local artists’ co-op, “ELMWOOD STARZ”, and am looking forward to participating in several local events this year, including an upcoming one this May & June in Chesley, Ontario, at the Chesley Library’s ‘ART WALL’ exhibition that features our ‘ELMWOOD STARZ’.

I have entered two juried art shows this Spring and look forward to other exhibitions later in the year (dates/places t.b.a.). One of my works – “Fruits & Flowers – EVENSONG” – won third prize last year at a show where over 70 artists exibited.
