How do you take these shots without being pounced on by security?
I love the perspective on this, I can’t figure out if it is the ground or above…

This has got me looking and looking. At my last look I was seeing a ceiling. Still looking. Wow…so engageing.

Love the splatter of texture and rotation of perspective… this image has some amazing tones in it… and the typography and hard edge graphic lines works so well. Another ripper shot Melody! PS: Love your description about Mondrain – very insightful!

Thanks Paul…sometimes Im not consciously aware of why Im taking a photo of some particular subject. It’s as if im some kind of conduit between my camera and my subconscience. It’s during the process ( sitting in front of the computer with the large image) that the “why” of the photo becomes apparent to me….ranty rant.

I understand your process of being some kind of conduit, Melody, and you’ve really channelled this one so well!!! Fabulous shot, and good to hear you haven’t been monstered while taking photos at the airport. Texturous and confusing are two absolutely wonderfully descriptive words for this :)
