No Regrets
No Regrets belongs to the following groups:
All Things Poetic, Artistic, Philosophical and Religious Art & PhotographyI drank in the solitaire of meager fortunes
While my wicked mind spoke of beautiful things
The power of searing persuasion roared like
A shimmering tempest; I searched for
New bones to break as I fell by the wayside
The moon was my skipping stone and the sky,
A river of endless frailties; my wings tattered
But these dreams were wistful and free-spirited
Like the child I once was, so many years ago
Singing what couldn’t be unsung, I wasted my
Tears on crooked notions as I waited patiently
For redemption to reconcile me by day and night
My unbroken heart was broken, reverent on this
Path, I found the simplicity of faith with no regrets
I am not ashamed, for I have been made stronger
