This guy sits in the ‘office’ of the market in Rhuengeri, northern Rwanda.
As with many jobs in this part of the world, I’m not sure whether he actually receives a salary. There didn’t seem a lot to do, which left him to sit there and observe people wandering back and forth.

    Thanks for the comments on “nowhere”. i am not very good with photoshop, I only started using it last week. The picture was too dark to start with so I lightened it a bit. I’ll fiddle a bit and see what I can do. Thanks for the advice its most appreciated as I am really just a “mik and drukker”! Thats Afrikaans for point and shoot.
