My work is a mix of photos and painted / drawn artworks.

Ever since using my first set of coloured pencils as a kid I’ve loved drawing. I took art subjects at high school, had dreams of going to an art college and becoming ‘an artist’ but diverted into other areas. So creative pursuits became something I did outside of work.

I still love drawing and painting, and enjoy experimenting with different media. Photography has also been a sporadic interest, and a friend who uses this site encouraged me to get back into it. I bought a Canon 1000D and am loving it!

In 2008 I attended a workshop on art therapy, which was fascinating and powerful. I believe that working with art in any of its forms can be a beautifully creative and transformatively healing process.

I just love this site and the many creative options it offers. There is so much inspiring and beautiful work I could just live here – thanks everyone!
