It was a sobering drive through Dunalley and its surrounds, as we made our way to Port Arthur. (Another very sobering experience, since we visited a couple of days after the anniversary of the mass murder there!) Still, there is no doubt that the spirit of the Aussie battler is strong and we were pleased to see rebuilding happening from one end of the peninsula to the other.
On our way to the airport, the lenticular cloud formations were simply amazing, and so I kept shooting from the moving vehicle, because I just couldn’t resist! Low tide meant that the blowhole was a waste of time, but this area made up for it! :)
