I found this when checking my stats from my home page.

    actually…..they must have a link somewhere, because I have a number of stats coming from that site to my own….so it must be there…...

    I agree, it’s gratifying to know that people from all over get a chance to see our work, let alone appreciate it. I’ve had links from other blogs, but this is the first time I’ve found other artists from the bub in the same articles….

    well, flattery for sure. how do you feel about it? not that I didn’t know already, but seeing your work all spread out like that on a blank canvas was fabulous, and reminded me of how wonderfully talented you are! if you are not happy though, make sure you say something about it. x

    I don’t mind, Lisa, especially since they have a link to my home page there somewhere….it must be there, because I picked up this site from my stats recorder…..I click on the link in my stats and it takes me to the place the visitor has come from….

    Thanks Jim, Richie has contacted Redbubble, and I’ve complained to photobucket. She has them for SALE!! with our names on them! Sheeeesh

    Hi Jim….here’s an update
    …..photobucket has removed my images, because I proved they were mine. All other artists who recognise their work need to do the same. Email abuse@photobucket.com with the url of the offending image, and the url of the original, your name, email and contact address, and a statement like this ” I hereby state that the information in this notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that I am the copyright owner, and that copyright HAS been infringed.”

    The Russian website does have links back to two of your sites… your home and your other home
    It looks like an online magazine or features editorial blog. Fantastic that you’ve been featured… they images are fairly large but it’s as if they’re showing you off with such pride!!!
    We have a Russian friend here “Vlad”: of VladStudio I’ll bubblemail him and see if he can spare a few minutes to help out!
    Bad news about photobucket… don’t they protect the copyright of others?

    Thanks Georgiegirl, I knew the links must be there somewhere :) I’m flattered to be chosen in such awesome company! I did run it through the google translator, but missed the links.

    Photobucket attempts to cover copyright but takes no responsibility for what their members post. They have removed my images, but they want proof from the owners before they’ll remove any others!

    I found them by using the “exact phrase” function of google and entered the name of my image. If your images have very distinct names then only a few hits are returned by google.

    Check TinEye:http://tineye.com you can register on this site and check everytime if your pictures appears on other sites….Maybe is not working at 100% now, they are at the beginning with their database, but already able to check between some billions images…

    Thanks Corina, I’ve used tineye for quite awhile now, but it didn’t find any of my images at photobucket….even when I knew they were there.
