Someone is about to explain the calculations required behind calculating the lumancy of a black hole and they’re all ready to take notes and relay the information back to you in figures of one decimal place! (Maybe!)
Love the processing here Mel – works a treat
Mel Brackstone replied 21 days ago
it’s WAY too early in the morning for me to focus on what you said, Stu, but thanks anyway :)

Wish I had have got to the south Island ,Great capture Mel.
Mel Brackstone replied 21 days ago
Shame you didn’t, Craig, it’s pretty as a picture around every bend of the road….you just can’t pull up to take any shots though, cos the roads are too narrow! Not strictly true, but common enough, unfortunately! Thanks Craig. :)
clarkey 21 days ago
Hmmm, the attraction seems to be the sharp lines of the mountains and the difference in the “colours” of them- one is quite grey, one is mid-grey and the other is white. Nicely seen and shot, Mel.
Mel Brackstone replied 21 days ago
Wow, thanks clarkey! I never thought of that….hehe! The view is kinda special though…..Thanks :)

Not sure I want to know what the people are doing, but GREAT mountains! This reminds me of photos my uncle has from his time as a deer culler in the Southern Alps in the 1950s. Those tones bring out the form of the landscape so well.

Thanks so much Des!
