Whoa!...this is one scary house Mel. We had a house in our old neighbourhood… a bit like this. We used to dare each other as kids to knock on the door or go scrumping in the orchard…we were so scared when the owner an old woman used to chase us away with her broom!

I do love this picture…actually reminds me of the Grimms Fairytale series to be honest!! It has such a gingerbread house kind of look!

Great. Love the way it comes in from the top down. Looks like it would topple over in a strong wind!

Jeeze Mel, saw this last night in color and went to your pf this AM to comment and fave… then I saw this.
You guys in Oz don`t get the Halloween thing… cause even if you celbrated it, there wouldn`t be the melancholy of the falling autumn leaves and scent of decay in the crisp evening air. It`s not like I`m saying you`re missing out on a great thing, but you just don`t feel it in your bones like some American vampires like me do.
But then I see this awesome piece of spookworthiness and it even surprised me it was from you till I looked deeper and realized how farken great it is…

Mel, Halloween is my fav time of year and it`s only days away and you`ve put me SO in the mood with this amazing shot. You didn`t overdo anything, but just made it look creepy and distorted enough to make me want to go up to the front door in my Dracula costume, ring the bell, shout `trick or treat` at the top of my lungs… and RUN LIKE HELL!!!
