The cloud
On the NSW/Vic border, just past Wentworth
Because I’m married to a cartographer, and worked in the survey/engineering/mapping industries for many years, images like this have always interested me. Somewhere in outback NSW on a flight from Brisbane to Adelaide.
Shot with an infrared digital camera, and treated to look like Kodak Tri-X 400TX Pro.
The cloud belongs to the following groups:
Infrared Photography and Riginals Available for sale asGreeting Cards, Matted Prints, Laminated Prints, Mounted Prints, Canvas Prints and Framed Prints

Never worked in those fields but I share your interest in this type of image. How about that shadow cast by the clouds, not to mention the winding line of the water flow.

Mel Brackstone replied
Thanks Davo, it was the shadow that took my eye originally….but as always, there’s so much to see when you take the time.
