Took a trip to Adelaide to celebrate Shazza’s birthday, and knowing me as she does, she organised to get me down to the beach at least once! Thank you so much precious :)

Henley pier, Canon 5D Mk II, 24-105mm at 24mm, f/5.6, 25”, ISO 100, Hoya ND 400, Singh Ray warming polariser, Shazza’s tripod, just after sundown. Cross processed and faded back a little with a black and white adjustment layer, and a very fine texture layer.

    Lovely muted tones and an antiquated feel to the end of the day. I like the difference in water texture between the main ocean and the soft strip of still water at the edge. The lights on the pier / jetty are superb.
