What a wonderful prize to stumble over during a ramble on the seashore. And, of course, the flotsam is not too bad, either! Love the beautifully coloured clouds, and the ripples in the sand add a delightful adbstractness to this beauty.

This is just a complete package of little surprises – those white buttocks, the gauzy material, the industrial skyline, the shadows in the sand ripples – I find it very difficult to articulate exactly what it is about this picture that is so striking – but it’s off to the Favs Box!
