Another stunning seascape Mel-a definite favourite!

Love how you got into that position for the sun, rays, and shadows. The sand area shape balances the dark cloud. The dark light dark areas are a dream, and the swish of the water across the sand balanced by the crisp ,still ribs, shadows and sand.

I do not think any painter with full control could make a better composed image. A Fav.

The contrasts between the shiny bright sand, the golden diagonal strip of light on the horizon and the jet black darkness of the sea and clouds compliment each other very well.

The water movement in those waves is spectacular (i’m also getting better at guessing. My 0.5 second guess before checking the stats was very near indeed).
