Cool shot Mel, I actually love the out of focus background mountains, it gives the photo the 3 dimensional feel. The figures vs the cloud height is also brilliant and ladder is interesting too!

Great shot Mel! The image looks deep and you definately get a sense of the vastness of the landscape. Also the colour scheme works very well.. the two guides in red stand out from the rocks quite nicely!

Thanks everyone. Scott, I try to put hdr into the tags if it has been processed in photomatix. Thats usually the best place to look if you are keen to know :) So yes, this is a single file HDR, since I had to hand hold all my shots on the glacier.
