Beautiful image very well captured with some great light, did you use some ND grads on this as the top of the image is very dark or were these just black clouds!!!!.

G’day Mel,
This is one very strong landscape ki… (oops, I almost used the “k” word). ;-)
Expectionally good use of light processing on a very well exposed scene with lovely rich earth colours.
I do feel though that as the eye is drawn to the lighter areas in an image, the focal area is almost right across the centre of frame. I suggest slicing some off across the top, eliminating the darkest cloud and therefore raising the focal area to a “Thirds” line.
I further feel that the white fence line (?) at the bottom of frame looks more like an encroachment that abruptly divides the flow of the foreground and is quite distracting.
The depth of field and good focus render very good detail even under the low light conditions.
