Very nice love the texture of the clouds and the sand.

The clouds again work wonders for this image. As much as I nlove the black and white, how did it look in colour? Regardless, nice work.

It is achingly beautiful… very haunting.

Thanks for your comment, Bella, I used my Canon 20D with the 16-35mm lens, I shot this in Sept 2006 at the Currumbin Swell Festival.

Oo, just checked, wrong cam…I used the 5D, with the lens at 16mm, ISO 100, f/10, 1/80

This is absolutely stunning I really love how you have captured the shell of??? I don’t know what and the contrast with the bright sky and scattered clouds, it looks as if the light is coming from the skeletal shell!

Very dramatic – I can sense the tension in the air. The storm clouds are amazing – I think they are known as “mammatocumulus” by the way – don’t ever see them in my neck of the woods!
