Raquel and I finally did it. We have chased storms, sunsets, brumbies and after weeks of watching the weather we got a lighting strike.
I’m still buzzing, that would have to be one of the best highs I’ve had in a long time.

This was pure luck. We just picked a spot off the road a bit out of twon. I didn’t even know the river was below us or the powerlines. But I have now found a good spot.

Thank you. I’m completely addicted now. Living inland we don’t get as many lightning strikes as when I’ve been at the coast (about 2 hours drive from where I live). Although it is thunderstorm season here though. We had an Electrical storm on Saturday night but no strikes.

Good one Mel, I’ll get mine up tonight, I accidentally deleted mine from the card when I got home, spent hours looking for a program to recover it, thank god I did!!! So if you ever delete a file by accident, come see me!!!
