Hey I know that spot! I’m not just saying that because you commented on my work saying that this shot was near by. That looks like the rooftop of the Kyozo Sutra Archive; which has a large rotating bookrack (for Buddhist sutras) inside called a rinzo. Below the rack was one of those grates for throwing coins inside and it is said that by turning the rinzo, you can earn the same merit as from reading all the sutras. People seemed entertained simply by turning the rinzo. I remember one little kid enjoying himself and wanted to turn more, and his mother told him “okay, only one more time”. I guess that kid will have a lot of merit.
