    Jayne, Thank you for taking the time to look at my photo. But this is not a photoshop trick. It is the refraction of the waterdrop. I have only used photoshop in this photo to crop and adjust the colour a little. Mel

    I would love to be able to capture something like this my raindrops just don’t seem to have the clarity!! The G10 is good but not this good!

    Thanks Pamela. The G10 is a very good camera (I also have one, it is my small, carry anywhere camera), but unfortunately you won’t get so clear detail shots as this with it.

    I agree Melinda – unfortunately my sigma lens is back in for repair right now :( so I am trying to push the G10 a little more :) nothing to lose eh? Other than that I have my 50th in 10 years so I can start dropping sublte hints for a pressie :)) You have a fabulous portfolio – I could look at the images all day :))

    Thanks Pamela, that is so sweet. There is no harm in trying with the G10. Usually when I am out with the kids, I also see a great macro image and have a try with the G10, sometimes I get good results, sometimes, not so good. But it is always worth a try. Start dropping hints for your 41st birthday….... :)
