I have always showed an affinity for art. As child art provided comfort and continuous friendship during the many moves I made throughout New England. During my high school years I was blessed with teachers that both exposed me to the art world and facilitated my technical advancement. I owe much to the academic rendering skills imparted to me in my early artistic education.
I now reside in North Carolina, where I am finishing my Bachelors of Fine Arts degree. From here I am a participating member in both the local art scene, and an active member of the Brooklyn based art collective, Blood Dumpster, Inc.
My work demonstrates my strong interest in issues of personal representation, the human form and existence, and the simultaneity of dualistic opposing forces.
