taking the body beyond its means
causing the lungs to inflate
and let go of much needed air
Its painful in its beauty
the need to change and reform
a shape that becomes new
came from a shape that was barely old
It is the evolution by instinct
Choice does not factor in the equation
instead it is inward expression
exposed to the world on ones face
It never seems needed at the time
it feels like a burden of great weight
it is in reflection as time passes
that we see why we broke free of the past
Oh how we fight against evolution
with all the might in the world in our hands
we will never sit still enough to be still
for change is coming, change has begun

We have to evolve, and continue defining evolution. Changes can be great and your interpretation of how it begins has taken me through the path of knowledge and understanding for the changes that are coming. E_X_C_E_L_L_E_N_T_O!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
