Currently, her research is focused on analysis of proteomes in search of patterns that reveal different adaptations to extreme environments in microorganisms. She is in particular interested in macromolecular structure, structure-function relationship in macromolecules and supramolecular assemblies, protein-protein interactions, and protein interaction networks. In addition, her ambition is to combine theoretical and experimental approaches in the study of robustness of the bacterium Deinococcus radiodurans.
P.S. interaction with this charming, funny, creative, freminded, multitasking, loyal friend and gorgeous woman is incomparable delight, and i thank heaven for being her friend (says Tazzina)
