That’s me Mechellerene.. leaving the dark hole.. which by the way.. has it’s own kind of light inside…and like a sweet flower in the wind of existence..am swept away into the incredible blue nature of my Being!!
Mechellerene replied
Awesome, because I was thinking of you this morning when I painted it. It does have it’s own kind of light, yes…it’s a good place to regroup and reflect. This will be a good week!!!!! :)

Omg..now that you have put it rotated..the piece..
this way…. hmmmm I feel like I am expunging the darkness into the incredible lightness of existence.. isn’t it all about perspective!! that was a trip.. to write about this piece in one form then another…Loved it! but unfortunatly no one else will know what the hell I was talking about!!
Mechellerene replied
Well, you know me…it takes a while to get it right, but I eventually get there! lololol…!
Mechellerene replied
No worries! lolol!!! Someone will get something out of it! We are so not in control, are we…lololol…

Mechelle, I can well understand Linaji`s take on this, and I only wish I had her depth and sensitivity. I see this more as a dark haired maiden who`s come out of the sky to cook me something really delicious and is giving me the thumbs-up with her oven glove. Which is cool cause I`m actually really hungry at the mo and your art has put nice thoughts in my head. Shouldn`t matter how it does it…
I also love the simplicity and color balance in this. Complementary colors, especially blue and orange always work for me, and the texture from your brush strokes is rich and gorgeous. Massively cool… and yummy abstract!
Mechellerene replied
LOLOLOLOL! Go eat, brother!!! I love you! :) :) You made me laught his morning!
nkbellani
Wow! Superb!! Very close to my heart dear!!!
Mechellerene replied
Gracias, Kumarji (what’s the “ji”?) :) :)
nkbellani
Welcome dear!
‘Ji’ is added… after a name of someone to show respect…more of a tradition than a rule though…can also mean up-side-down! ;-)
Like ‘Sir’
Mechellerene replied
I like it! It flows! And it fits you- the sir part, not the upside down…lololol!
nkbellani
Thank you! so you gals are bent on pulling me apart…so go ahead…call me sir or ji… LOL! :-D

Interesting!! :) Mini-skirts are in my past, and I do hope a cane is not in my future! Wireless phone? Oh, that’s where I put it!!! lolol…

been cheecking out your work – i really like it, especially this one – so much texture, and i love the colors…as a thumbnail (and even larger version), i thought first this was a figure – it reminds me of a person emerging from behind a thick veil – could probablty work either way – the beauty of art is that we can all see so many different things in it! great work!
