Why the Mad Hatter?.. is it Mad? My imagination is weak today.. this looks like Mrs. Yellow the grade school teacher at recess… the little children below are seen running around.. time to go back inside.. its homework time. But all the children do is run.. she is using her arm like petals to catch those playful kids.
