    These shots are always AMAZING!!!!! ... I spent 4yrs in the USAF, my second love aircraft.. We had 3 SR71’s stationed on our base, Kadena, Okinawa. As an Air Traffic Controller, I worked in the tower for awhile, then down in the ATC Center. While in the tower, whenever the “Black Bird” came in, I had to leave. As a Canadian, with no top secret clearance at the time…. Yet all the locals could sit on the end on the runway and photo to their hearts content. Never could understand that!!!!

    WOW! you are really lucky to get that shot so close to the ground. I work on the F/A-18F, In VFA-22 ” FIGHTING REDCOCKS” , and hardly ever can they get a vapor cloud that large that low to the deck. Great shot

    this was actually the second burst on this run.
    The Cleveland Airshow almost always guarantees at least one day of Vapor. The proximity to water and humid air make for premium conditions.
