A view of the Amtrak Station at West Kingston Rhode Island from the RIDOT overpass at Route 138.
The Kingston Railroad Station is the oldest continuously used wood frame victorian railroad station in the US. This depot was built in 1875 and is the second Kingston Station. The first station was smaller and about a half mile east and was built in the mid 1830’s, no longer exists.
