Manhattan - New York - From the Hellgate Bridge *featured by

The sky is gray over Manhattan on a fall day as the Amtrak Regional 171 makes the long winding downward grade off the Hellgate Bridge. A grand view off to the west of the train and then the slow decent through Queens toward the the bowels of New York after passing through the darkness under the east river.
The Empire State Building and Citibank are clearly visible in the distant view of midtown Manhattan and over the neighborhoods of Queens.
