Earthwriting

Written for the upcoming Southern Printmakers Association exhibition celebrating 30 years entitled Earthwriting

I see Mother Nature’s words
everywhere I stare.

In the sky, in the sand,
in the rocks and in the air.

She writes in the flowers
and in the leaves

But most of all she writes
on the bark of the trees.

Beautiful, bright poem, with a great clarity in it. There is a lot of transparancy in these words; love that.

Thanks, my husband refers to it as my little ditty.
