I like still lifes with fish. Fish have such beautiful shapes. First attempt with a great painting as a result. Very solid and vivid still life. Love the face of the fish above, with this beautiful orange on it. Great use of white paint to create texture and highlights.

Marilyn this is great…the washes are beautiful and clear and imaginative. The background colour is perfect and your attention to detail superb. Water colour does take some understanding of technique but you have certainly demonstrated it here. Beautiful painting! Do more!
