Are you familiar at all with the band Subtle? This kind of reminds me of some of their artwork—the black stripes, the read washes.
On a different level completely, I really like this—it reminds me the cubist stuff that Picaso and Braque did with the abstracted guitar and the collaged papers. Also, the red suggests that there was some kind of violence inherant in the music being described. Maybe I’m just barking up the wrong tree…

Avian humour or maybe just a cock up! Honestly though it was just one of those happy accidents. Thanks for the comment and yes I did want it to have a bit of a cubist feel to it.
