I like when a picture has two fasades;one realistic ,the other one complitely the opposite . this picture “has” this quality. But it might be “only me” that sees that ,I hope not ,as the title of this picture mentions ripplels I don`t see any ripples.I see very clearly from further,”water” very realisticly!! and from closer, just an abstract picture. In any case I “love this painting. Let me know!

You have made a great interpretation of the theme water. I agree with marco that this work has the quality of realism and the quality of an abstract. I love the soft colours on the background. And for me the ripples have a strong association with music. There is such a beautiful light rhythm in the rimples. The colours all add there own mood and pitch. Beautiful work.

Beautiful – a breeze over the water, I love the soft colours yet strength to it. There is a peace to it, but with just a little turbulance or excitement brewing.
