Meet Dwight and Reine (Direct translation of Reine is Queen in french) QUEEN Reine & King Dwight…fitting isn’t it? I think they have fooled themselves into thinking they rule this little kingdom in their own personal hell. Living in a surreal fantasy rather than face the fact that they are afraid of their own daughters. While crazy, they ARE a complex family. In a quiet moment when the two girls were busy hanging their dolls from nooses they made with their own two hands, I asked Reine why she allows her daughters to abuse her. After spitting on my feet…she actually whispered in my ear “Because if I don’t they will kill me”.

She refused to speak to me after that. I think she feared she had told me to much. I was truly astounded. How can you be scared of your own children? What about Dwight? How did they end up this way? None of these questions were answered. She only glared at me while I asked. So I have come to the conclusion that Reine and Dwight live in a detached fantasy world that helps them survive the unbearable world they truly live in.

I watched the kids for a moment longer then decided to speak to Dwight. I had yet to hear him actually utter a word the whole time I was there. He was a quiet thing. When I approached him he turned on me and stared me down. Not a word was sent in my direction as I repeatedly asked him questions. He stared and stared and then made a motion like he was cutting his throat and pointed at the girls.

Was this a request? Or a warning? I started to feel sorry for this man then pictured the leg slung over his shoulder that he brought home for his children to eat!! GOOD GRIEF!!! What am I thinking! I believe I may have Stockholm Syndrome!!! I don’t know if Dwight saw my emotion for him and if this maybe brought about his next action. Dwight strode over to his wife and brutally slapped her across the face. She laughed and stomped on is toes. Next thing I know there is a full on wrestling match that is far more brutal than the cage wrestling matches I grew up watching. Both are hitting hard, both are laughing like they have lost their minds…suddenly Queen Reine pulls a knife out of I don’t freaking know where, flips King Dwight around and pushes it up against his throat!

What the hell!! Where in goodness gracious name did she have that knife stuffed?? Down her pants? Dwight is motionless at this point and I heard him speak for the first time “Families that play together… stay together”.

This is play? Reine backed off aiming a swift kick at his crotch and actually connected. He didn’t even flinch…then pulled a metal plate out of the front of his pants with a disgusting, teeth baring grimace ( I think this was a smile?).

Reine laughed…”Oh Honey…you are just too smart for me.”
At the same time she whipped around and kicked him dead in the jewels a second time. This time he dropped like a rock.

“He is a little dumb” She whispered to me.
WOW…can you feel the love in the room ladies and gentleman??

She smirked “You should have left it in baby…now your going to whine ALL night and it’s just going to piss me off.”

Again I feel sympathy for Dwight and awe for Reine’s ability to JUST DO what we have all wanted to do. ABSOLUTELY there has been a man or two I have wanted to knock the hell out of…BUT you know these things are just not socially acceptable.

Oh don’t give me those high and mighty thoughts!!! At least be honest with yourself, just like the dog crap, every one of you out there has detested someone enough to have that quick mental flash. The split second where you see yourself in your mind, giving someone a good shot to the head.

Now these two just LOVE it…as Dwight lay writhing on the floor in what I could only imagine was incredible agony, it started to dawn on me that he was ACTUALLY laughing. They do it out of love!!! I guess it comes in all forms to make the world go around right? Oh forget it! I can’t even say that out loud and keep a straight face. This couple needs some serious mental health counselling. This gives new twist to the term “LOVE-SICK” doesn’t it??

Just to make you all aware. The phone in my garbage rings all the time now. I am pretty sure it’s not in my head as I swear I see the neighbours checking the can to see what the racket is. I took it out and left it unplugged sitting on my kitchen table. Yup still ringing. I am contemplating a hammer now. I think that might do the trick.
