Thanks Dave, The light was great here, I underexposed the ambient/bg by about 1.5 and hit them with flash which was facing backwards and bounced off my white WB card just off to the high right.
oh funny-I went in for a closer look at one of the other front pagers, saw the wedding group, went through that, and in the wedding group I saw some of your work and thought-wow, this looks good.
After looking at a couple, there a quite a few amazing works in there, I HAD to comment on this one. One of my favs. THEN I discover someone else thought it rocked too-it’s on the front page too! (I didn’t see it) Deservedly so-this is a dream. I love the cowboy/magaziney/soft/polish/storybook feel.
thanks for sharing how you did this too. I’ve never quite managed masks n such-might get it another go! It certainly is worth the effort!
